Microsoft will not be releasing them. The year is winding down to some close, things are slowing down, and the same could be said of Windows 10. Development on the forthcoming OS is decelerating.

Redmond a new Windows 10 Technical Preview, the next iteration of the evaluation variant, as build 9879 a couple of days ago. And the business also shared a few more details concerning the recent operating system's upgrade cycle.
As stated by the software titan, that is the final variant of the OS that will be released this year.
December is not going to bring any more changes for the ones that have are on the Windows Insider Software, and the business has guaranteed a big pack of developments early next year, although Microsoft hasn't mentioned any particular reason for this.

This is the last new build of the year as we'll be utilizing time on the holidays to carry on making refinements to the item also to our engineering system that we are using to bring it to you.

Seems around honest.
This latest preview construct does iron out a lot of dilemmas in the last ones and the reported bugs, and these extra few weeks will supply Microsoft with enough time to implement several of the bigger alternatives and refine the ones accessible.
