Some improvement on the Technical Preview front. It looks like Windows 10 build as the next Technical Preview release on the horizon has only been logged, 9880 could be it.
This includes the flight level "Low".
The sole two other builds that came with "Low" as flight level are assemble 9841 and 9860, both of which were released to the public within the Windows Insider Application.
That is not to say that this new variant is going to be available right away.
Even if you've selected the Fast update cycle, it may take a few days once it gets all the needed approvals in the officials at Microsoft, to show up. But chances are that we're looking at another new release shortly.
Besides, the number increase does show some notable new improvements might be part of the new build. Improvements and bug fixes, both.
Microsoft might enable a few of the fast alternatives in this new version, you can't know.
